- 1 lb sausage, ham or bacon, cooked & drained
- 9 eggs
- ½ cup cheese, shredded (cheddar, pepper jack, colby, your choice)
- Cubed bread, croutons or frozen hash browns
- ¼ bell pepper, diced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Whisk eggs Classic Batter Bowl using the Stainless Whisk.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix using whisk.
If using hash browns put those directly into the brownie pan first then pour egg mixture on top.
If not using hash browns use the large scoop and put one scoopful in the brownie pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 17-20 minutes.
What’s so awesome about this recipe is that you can tailor it to your needs – add more veggies, bacon or ham instead of sausage, etc. Yum!! You can also make these ahead and then freeze for use later!
