I love the Microwave Chip Maker – it makes the best healthy potato chips, sweet potato chips, apple chips, tortilla chips and even Kale Chips!!!!!

KALE CHIPS… remove Kale from thick stem; tear into smaller pieces; spritz with lemon or

Ingredients:

  • Kale – cleaned throughly and dried
  • 1 Lemon or 1 Lime
  • Seasoning Rub (I like Garlic & Herb Rub)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Cut the thick stems from the Kale and tear into smaller pieces.  Spritz with fresh lemon or lime juice.  Sprinkle with seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.

Lay out on the microwave chip maker and cook in microwave for 2 1/2 – 4 minutes.  Time depends on our microwave and how crispy you want your chips.

Yum!  Fresh, healthy snack in minutes.
