Fabric Flower Challenge – From The Heart

From the Heart Flower

I Came, I Saw, I Created had another challenge this week which was to yse fabric and/or ribbon to create a handmade flower in a project of your choice.

I used Pink Felt Fabric which I purchased from Etsy (shop Felt On The Fly) a couple of months ago and it was the first thing I thought of when making my flower.  I embellished it with a Megan Elizabeth Sparkle Lightz in Party Girl.

I really liked the paper that I used and hope that my flower looks pretty enough. I like it – so I guess that’s all that matters. 🙂

    • I cut a circle out of the felt and then spiral cut the circle. I then rolled the cut circle into the flower using fabric tacky glue to hold into place. If you cut a larger circle than I did you can it scallops into you spiral giving it better defined petals.
